At least once a week: Shampoo, rinse and pour Swimmers crystals across wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water to dissolve crystals. Apply and scrunch throughout hair, then allow to remain on hair for up to 5 minutes. Rinse. Shampoo, rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner,* then rinse.

My daughters swim a lot and the pool is heavily chlorinated so they’ve been suffering from "crunchy" hair. This product has really helped bring their hair back to lovely, manageable locks and has especially helped with one daughter by reducing how often we’re having wash her hair - which is super curly and does not love a wash.

My newly blonde hair turned a horrific shade of green after a pool swim. I only used one sachet on my mid length hair and all the green is gone.

This is a mixed review. I swam in the ocean and didn’t rince my hair after. It was so dry and matted! I brought the Malibu Swimmers and after washing it out it was even worse. It took me ages to untangle my long hair and I thought I’d damaged it even more, but once I could run a comb through and dried my hair it was looking the best it ever has. It was amazingly soft and looked so pretty. So I’d give this a 4 out of 5. I would use it again.
