SALES:

All sales will have end dates displayed above.  No coupon is required unless otherwise stated.  Discounts are already applied on product level (unless otherwise stated), so the order's products shall be charged at the rate in force when the customer’s order was validated.  We do not offer rainchecks on expired sale prices.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE OFFERS:

Free gifts MUST be in your shopping cart to be sent and cannot be added to previous orders. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before checking out.

Free gifts offered as part of a Gift with Purchase promotion are subject to stock availability and the applicable qualifying purchase requirements. Gifts may be added to your shopping cart automatically.

Eligibility will be verified before dispatch. If a gift has been added in error or the order does not meet the promotion’s requirements, the gift will be removed from the order. The remainder of the order will be processed as usual.

Limited to one of each qualifying gift per order unless otherwise specified. If an advertised promotional gift is unavailable, an alternative gift may be provided.

Gift sets, bundles, sale or clearance items, and pre-order items do not qualify for Gift with Purchase offers unless otherwise specified. All offers are available while stocks last and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

COUPONS:

Coupons are only useable once per customer unless otherwise specified.  Certain products and brands are excluded from coupon codes. These include but are not limited to ALL Electrical, Olaplex, & Mason Pearson (subject to change).

CONTESTS / GIVEAWAYS:

Hair Plus may run competitions through its site, or through social media. Your participation in those competitions will be subject to these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions of the competition. The laws of New Zealand will govern all competitions run by Hair Plus.
